Ingredients
16 oz. regular elbow macaroni
½ cup flour
½ cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups milk
4 cups cheese (any type you want, we normally just use cheddar)
 

Instructions
-Cook the macaroni and drain -Melt butter in a saucepan, remove from heat add flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk, stir while adding. -Then return to medium-high heat, stir constantly or it will burn…until it begins to boil. Reduce heat immediately and let simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat add 3 cups cheese, stir until blended. Add macaroni, stir and pour into baking dish.
Add bread crumbs and the remaining one cup of cheese. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
