Mix butter and sugar in mixer, add eggs. In separate bowl whisk
flour, b.p, and salt. Add to mixer in thirds alternating with milk.
Filling- Mix butter and sugar, add egg and salt then whisk until
thick. Add dry cottage cheese. Spray 8x8 pan. Coat bottom with
a thin layer of batter. Sprinkle with half of the filling, then batter,
then rest of filling, end with batter. Bake 350 l hr. 9 pieces
