3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 C plain FF yogurt
|

1/2 lemon, juiced
|

1 T lemon zest
|

1 T olive oil

4 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Instructions |
|
|
Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, zest and spices.
|
|
|
Place chicken in ziplock, add marinade, rub all
over and place in tupperwear in fridge for 24 hours
|
|
|
Bake at 400 (put in probe and done at 165 degrees)
|
