     Spinach and Artichoke dip

Ingredients
Frozen spinach (8 oz)
1 Can artichoke hearts
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C grated parmesean
1/2 C sour cream
4 oz cream cheese - low fat
 

Instructions
350 oven Coat glass dish with cooking spray
Food processor Combine all ingredients and process till smooth
Bake until golden on top, 20-30 min 1/4 C per serving
Serving Suggestions
Can also serve cold without cooking - 2 points per 1/4 C serving
