½ cup butter
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
2 eggs
|
|
2 cups flour
|

1 tsp. baking soda
|
|
¾ cup sour milk (1 tsp. white vinegar & the rest milk)

1 tsp. vanilla
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
2 mashed ripe bananas
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350.
|
|
|
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
|
|
|
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda and
salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet.
Add smashed bananas and sour milk until blended.
|
|
|
Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. Bake 1
hour.
