     Grandmother’s Banana Bread

Ingredients
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ cup sour milk (1 tsp. white vinegar & the rest milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 mashed ripe bananas
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Add smashed bananas and sour milk until blended.
Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. Bake 1 hour.
