1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg yolks in medium bowl; gradually beat in condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into crust.
2.Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Cool 1 hour. Chill at least 3 hours. 3.Before serving, spread whipped topping over pie. Garnish with lemon curl or rind (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
Note- To make a lemon curl, cut a strip of lemon rind – yellow part only – using a paring knife or lemon zester. Wind around a straw or chopstick, and secure with plastic wrap. Let stand for 1 hour. To use, unwrap, slide the curl off the straw, and arrange attractively on pie.
Makes one(8 or 9 inch)pie
