     “Don’t Peek” Chicken

Ingredients
1 box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water (2 cans optional for more moisture)
Chicken breasts or tenders
 
Instructions
In greased 9x13 pan, mix rice, soup, and water. Arrange raw chicken on top of the rice mixture. Cover and seal with foil.
Bake at 350 for 2 ˝ hours and “don’t peek!”
