15 green onions white and green parts sliced (i use less)
2 TBLS buller
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Paprika
Instructions
prepare your cooker to cook indirectly at 235 degrees using any wood for smoke flavor.
Coat the potatoes lightly with olive oil and liberally with salt. Put them in the cooker until they are soft - about 2 1/2 hours. Cut them lengthwise and let them cook for 15 minutes.
Scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Add the cheese, half and half, green onions, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well until fully blended. Put the mixture back into the potato shells and sprinkle them lightly with paprika.
Place the potatoes in a grill topper for easy handling. Return to the cooker and cook for 1 hour until they're hot and lightly browned. Transfer to a platter and serve.
You can fix the potatoes until you put them back into the shells then refrigerate and rewarm the next day.
