1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2.Sift (siebe) the cocoa powder,flour,baking powder into a bowl.
3.Blend ( mische) the eggs,beetroot, stout and oil in a food
processor (Mixer)
4.Stir (rühre) the beetroot into the flour mixture until just
combined.
5.Fill the mixture into the muffin cases, put them for 20-25min in
the oven and let them cool down.

6.For the topping mix all cream ingredients.
7.Decorate the cupcakes with cream.
