Set oven to 220 C or 428 F. In a large bowl, blend together all
of the dry ingredients. Pour in the water and blend until it
becomes a wet dough and set aside under a dry cotton cloth
towel for 45 minutes.

Grease two 12 inch x 5 inch bread pans with butter. Pour the
dough equally into the two pans. Again cover with a dry towel
for 45 minutes.

|
Bake the bread for 40 minutes. Remove the pans from the
oven and turn them upside down relaxing the bread from the
pans on to a cooling rack. Return them to the oven in the
upside down position for an additional 15 minutes.
Remover and allow to cool on a cooling rack.

The bread can be frozen and thawed as needed.
