0.5kg pork
0.5kg beef
1kg potatoes
3 onions
3 peppers (red sweet)
0.7l leco
1 beef bujon
lard
gulas spice mix
 
Instructions
Fits into brown (stone) pot but it will be very full.
On lard fry onions, add meat cut in small cubes, fry till white, add peppers cut to small cubes/stripes, add spice mix, add water, add bujon,
cook until meat half done, add potatoes cut to small cubes-save one bigger potato for grinding it into the soup towards the end
