     Pasta E Fagioli Soup!!

Ingredients
1 cup gluten free pasta - small pasta size preferred
2 TB Olive Oil
1 lb spice Italian sausage
3 garlic gloves
1 small yellow onion - diced
3 carrots - diced
2 stalks celery - diced
3 cups chicken broth
16 oz tomato sauce
 
15 oz diced tomatoes
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
15 oz red kidney beans
15 oz great white northern beans

Instructions
Cook Pasta and set aside - if using gluten free pasta don't add pasta into soup until serving as the pasta will not hold up if saving leftovers
Brown Italian sausage in olive oil. Drain and set aside.
Sautee garlic, onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil until tender (3-5 minutes). Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, sausage, and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and then reduce to a simmer until veggies are cooked (15 minutes)
Stir in beans until heated through. Add pasta to bowls when serving.
