2lbs of green beans
|
|
1T EVOO
|
|
3T butter
|
|
2 large garlic cloves, minced
|
|
1ts red pepper flakes
|
|
1T lemon zest
|
|
salt and ground pepper

Instructions |
|
|
Blanch green beans in a large pot of salted
boiling water, until tender and crisp. Drain and
place in ice bath. Then drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add EVOO,
butter, garlic, red pepper flakes and saute until
fragrant. About 30 seconds.
|

|
Add green beans and stir until coated and heated
through. Add lemon zest and season with salt and
pepper.
