     Pepperoni Stromboli

Ingredients
1 Pillsbury classic pizza crust
2 eggs
1 tbl parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbl veg oil
1/2 lb pepperoni
 
1/2 lb (2cups) mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Open up crust and roll out flat to a rectangle shape. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Place yolks in bowl and mix with parm cheese,oregano,parsley,garlic pwd,pepper and veg oil. Spread mixture evenly onto crust.
Layer pepperoni (or any other meats) on top. Top with the cheese. Starting at one end roll up like a jelly roll. Pinch the ends to seal. Brush with egg whites.
Spray non stick cooking spray on baking sheet (or use non stick foil). Place stromboli on foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 mins or ultil brown.
Serving Suggestions
We also used meatballs. You can use sausage, peppers or onions also.
