     fasirky - meatballs (potato sauce separate recipe)

Ingredients
3 dry rohliks
1 onion
0.5 kg pork shoulder meat
breadcrumbs
lard
salt, pepper
meatball spice mix
3 eggs
 

Instructions
finely chop 1 onion; put 3 dry rohliks put in a water and when soft squeeze water out; either don't let rohlik get all wattery or if too late squeeze water out using a strainer, too much water in rohlik will make meatballs too wet inside after frying
mix minced 0.5kg pork shoulder - 3 eggs - rohliks - salt - pepper - meatball spice mix.
Make small balls, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry on a lard
