     Chocolate cake with coconut sprinkles

Ingredients
300g of flour
250g of sugar
2 packet vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
3dl of milk
250g butter
 
200g powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of espresso
coconut sprinkles

Instructions
Mix flour and all ingredients till salt in a bowl. Add 200 g of butter to the microwave and keep it cool.
Add the eggs, milk and butter and stir well. Set the oven to 180°C. Put the dough in the prepared form. Bake about 30min. in the middle of the oven. Take the cake from the oven. let it sit and test it with skewers.
Mix the powdered sugar and all ingredients till the espresso well and distribute it over the cake. Sprinkle the coconut sprinkles over it and you're finished.
