1 sm can green chiles, diced and drained on paper towel
1 sm. jar pimento, diced and drained
1 c. chopped pecans
4 to 5 chopped green onion tops ( may use entire
green onion, if desired)
Instructions
Roll Velveeta cheese on waxed paper to about 1/4 inch thickness. Spread cream cheese on top. Top in layers with nuts, chiles, pimiento and onions. roll up cinnamon roll fashion. Cover and chill. Makes 1 large cheese roll.
