Put the flour into a bowl.
Add one pinch of salt.

Mix the water and the eggs in a cup.
Mix the flour with the liquid, until the dough is smooth.
Cover the dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Boil the water and add some salt.
Let the dough through the 'Knöpflesieve' into the water.
Cook them for 3-5 min.
Drip off the 'Knöpfle'

Suggestions |
|
Mix some recent cheese under the 'Knöpfle' and add a little bit of butter, to refine the taste.
