First peel and cut hte clove of gralic in half.
Rube the gratin dish with them.
Then wash and peel the potatoes. Cut
the potatoes in thin slices and put in the
gratin dish.
Take milk, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg and
mix them.
Then pour the cream mix over the potatoes.
The potatoes are covered.
Then bake the gratin at the bottom of the oven
at 180°- 200° and bake it for 50-
60 minutes.
