     Kelli's Kan Tex Dip

Ingredients
1 (16-oz) can refied beans
1 (1.25-oz) pkg. Williams taco mix
1 ctn sour cream
2 lg tomatoes
1 (4 1/2 oz) can ripe olives
1 bunch green onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz) ctn. guacamole
 

Instructions
Spread the can of beans over a large round platter. Mix package of taco seasoning with 1 carton sour cream; spread over the beans. Over this, spread carton of guacamole (find in your freezer section at grocers) Or make your own (much better than the frozen) Chop tomatoes, ripe olives and green onions, including tops. sprinkle the tomatoes, over top, followed in order with olives and onions. finish off with shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese. Put corn tortillas around the edge when ready to serve and have extras in an accompanying bowl.
