     Pork Chops- Asian Grilled

Ingredients
4 pork chops 1 inch thick (loin or bone-in)
1/3 Cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons lime juice
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated (optional)
 

Instructions
Combine ingredients for marinade in a gallon zip lock bag. Add pork chops, close and turn to coat.
Refrigerate for 3-24 hours.
Remove chops from fridge 30 min before cooking to come to room temperature. Drain marinade and grill. Sear first at 450 and leave on first side at least 3-4 min depending on thickness of pork chop (3-4 min each side for 1 inch)
FDA recommends internal temp should reach 145 degrees for pork.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fried rice and veggie side
