Ingredients
10 lb. bag leg quarters ( debone the thighs) ( freeze or boil the rest of the meat.)
1/8-1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
6 cloves fresh garlic or 1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. La-choy soy sauce
water
 

Instructions
1. Mix pepper, garlic, soy sauce, and meat. 2. Marinade chicken 30 min. in refrigerator. 3. Pre-heat oven to 450. 4. Place chicken in 2 inch deep pan (cake pan)and add water to half way cover the chicken. 5. Bake 30 min. or until done. Turn chicken half way through cooking.
With remaining chicken legs, fix chicken and rice.
Serving Suggestions
white rice, fried rice, egg rolls
