     Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
10 medium red potatoes, quartered
1- 8 oz package of baby carrots, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
 
1-16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/4-1/2 cup water
Buttermilk biscuits

Instructions
Combine all ingredients othere than mixed vegetables in slow cooker, and cook on low for 7 hours. Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook 1 hour longer.
Serve over split buttermilk biscuits.
