Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach soup, onions and garlic powder thoroughly. Slice off top of round French bread and scoop out center, making a bowl. Put dip in the middle and place on large platter. Cut up regular loaf of French bread into cubes and place around dip on platter. Place lid back on for nice appearance. Dip bread cubes in dip and enjoy! Note- Popeye would love it.
