     Hot Dip - Crab Dip

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 small yellow onion finely chopped
3/4 Cup mayo
12 oz crabmeat drained and flaked
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 TB fresh lemon juice
S&P to taste
Baquette, crusty italian bread, or crackers.
 

Instructions
Preaheat oven to 350 F
Squirt crab meat with lemon juice first then combine with cream cheese, onion, mayo and garlic powder.
Spread into 1 quart baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 min.
Serve with whatever you like- toasted baquette slices, or chunks of crusty bread, or crackers.
Serving Suggestions
Place dip in hollowed out bread bowl on baking sheet and bake 10 min more til hot.
