     Parsonage Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 - 16 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 large onion
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c barley
1 lb ground chuck
1 can cubed potatoes
1 can corn
1 bay leaf
 
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions
Heat 5 cups water, barley, bouillon on medium heat for 30 minutes 2. Add all other ingredients, except beef. 3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 4. While simmering, brown meat. 5. Add beef to soup 6. Cook for 10 minutes.
Double recipe to fill crockpot
