Heat 5 cups water, barley, bouillon on medium heat for 30
minutes
2. Add all other ingredients, except beef.
3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. While simmering, brown meat.
5. Add beef to soup
6. Cook for 10 minutes.
