Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large baking sheet
with parchment paper.
In a large shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs &
olive oil & toss until evenly combined. Season
with salt and pepper. In a separate shallow bowl,
whisk together eggs and milk.
Working in batches, dredge green beans in flour,
then dip green beans in eggs and toss in bread
crumbs. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and bake
until golden and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
