5 c. cooked potatoes, chopped OR 5 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream (Land O Lakes is best)
1 c. grated cheese
Instructions
In a 9 x 9 inch glass baking dish, combine potatoes, cottage cheese and sour cream; mix. Top with grated cheese. Bake 45 to 60 minutes in 375° oven; casserole should thicken. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
