1. Make shrimp marinade by mixing the olive oil,chopped
garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add in
shrimp and toss. Cover and marinade for 30 min. on counter
to bring them to room temp.
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay shrimp in a
single layer.
3. Cook pasta accd package instructions. Turn broiler on hi,
after adding pasta to boiling water.
4. Put remaining marinade in pan and heat for about 1 min.
Add white wine and reduce to about 1/2, approx 5 min.
5. Broil shrimp for about 3-6 min , until pink.
6. To wine sauce add butter, cream, lemon juice, and
cheese. Stir. Add in pasta and parsley, toss.
use pasta cooking water to thin sauce if needed
7. Serve pasta topped with shrimp.
Will keep airtight for 1 week in fridge
