In a good sized skillet saute bacon garlic and onions till onions are
soft. 8-10 min.
Add vinegar let simmer for 1 min then add BBQ sauce, Br sugar mustard
maple syrup molasses and a squirt of Ketchup. Cook a few min till well
combined. Add to crock pot with beans. Stir well together. Add 1 c
water. Cover and let cook on high or low depending on when you want to
eat them. You may have to add more water ass the beans break down and
thicken the sauce. May adjust with more ketchup if you like a tomato
flavor.
