     Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 lbs. potatoes
1 white onion, small dice
5 whole garlic cloves
7 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. cream cheese
Toppings
sour cream, chedder cheese, green onion, cooked bacon
 

Instructions
Peel and dice potatoes. Add potatoes, garlic, onion, pepper and chicken broth to slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours.
Blend 2/3 of the soup with the cream cheese in blender. Season with salt. Serve with desired toppings.
