     Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 tsp. dried parsley and dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. pepper and garlic salt
1 bay leaf
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. flour
 
3 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey

Instructions
Place frozen vegetables and onion into slow cooker. Whisk together soup, chicken broth and spices in a large bowl until well blended. Add to slow cooker.
Cook on low 4-5 hours or high 2-3 hours until vegetables are heated through.
Whisk together evaporated milk and flour in a medium bowl until well blended; add to slow cooker. Stir in cubed chicken. Cook 1 hour.
