     Tuna Cakes with Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients
1 (5 oz) can Chunk Light Tuna in water, drained
1/2 Cup Plain Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Large Egg
1 Tbl grated Parmesan
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (vary to taste)
1 Garlic Clove, pressed
2 Tbl Mayonnaise
1 Tbl Sriracha Sauce
4 Tbl Oil for frying (Coconut or Olive preferred)
 

Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide into 4 portions and shape into small patties.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Place the patties in the oil for 2-minutes until golden brown on one side then flip. Fry for another 2-3 minutes until done
In another bowl, mix Mayo and Sriracha together. Serve Tuna Cakes with aioli on the side or drizzled on top.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over a bed of lettuce for a low calorie, low carb lunch
