Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix
well. Divide into 4 portions and shape into small
patties.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
Place the patties in the oil for 2-minutes until
golden brown on one side then flip. Fry for
another 2-3 minutes until done
In another bowl, mix Mayo and Sriracha together.
Serve Tuna Cakes with aioli on the side or drizzled
on top.
