In a shallow bowl, like a pie dish, combine flour, seasoned salt, ground mustard, garlic powder, paprika & Pepper
Press Each pork chop into the flour mixture, coating both sides and edges
Heath Oil in a large skillet over medium high heat & brown pork chops on both sides. About 2 mins per side.
Remove pork chops from pan and place in slow cooker
In a bowl, whisk leftover flour mixture with chicken broth & pour it over the chops in the slower cooker. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours on low until the meat is tender.
when done, remove chops and stir the gravy with a whisk to remove any lumps. Strain gravy if desired. Serve pork chops w/mashed potatoes and top both gravy.
