     Boston Cream Poke Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
2 3.4 oz boxes of instant vanilla pudding
4 cups milk
1/4 heavy cream- plus 2 tbsp
3 tbsp butter
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (Bakers brand)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Make cake mix according to box. Poke holes about 1 inch apart using end of wooden spoon.
Mix pudding with milk until smooth. Pour over cake into holes. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until pudding is set.
Ganache- Heat the butter and heavy cream in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Do not let boil. Add chocolate & let sit for few minutes and mix with fork until smooth. Whisk in powered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over cake and refrigerate for a few hours until ganache is set.
