Add ice water to egg whites and whip to a froth.
Mix the baking powder and sugar well. With
mixer on high - add the sugar mix a little at a
time. Beating until the whites are glossy and
stiff at the end. Put on top of filling and
make sure it touches the edge of the crust or it
will shrink. Using the back of a spoon make
swirls on top. Brown in a slow oven - 325
degrees about 20 minutes
