     Greek Lentil Soup in Instant Pot

Ingredients
1 LB Lentils
1 Large White Onion, chopped
2 Carrots, sliced thin
2 Stalks Celery, sliced
Salt & Pepper
Oregano & Garlic Powder
Parsley, Fresh or Dry
1 Large Tomato Sauce
2 T. Catsup
 
2 T. Vinegar
4 c. Water
2 T. Olive Oil
Instructions
Rinse Lentils well. Saute Onions, Celery in Olive Oil. Micro wave carrots if thicker. Otherwise add to onions & celery.
Add remainder of ingredients to IP. Cook on Soup button for 6 minutes then Quick Release. Add water if needed.
