     Rice Krispies Sweet Noodle Kugel

Ingredients
12 ounces 1/4 inch wide egg noodles
1/2 lb ricotta or Farmer Cheese
1/2 lb cream cheese
6 eggs well beaten
2/3 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint sour cream
1/3 lb butter
Rice Krispies
 
Some cinnamon and sugar
Salt if needed
recipe originally called for 1/2 lb butter

Instructions
Cook noodles and drain. Beat eggs and add to sugar, cheeses, sour cream, vanilla and some salt Beat until mixture is well blended and smooth. Mel butter. Put 1/2 in bottom of 9 x 13 pan and cover with layer of Rice Krispies. Mix remaking butter with drained noodles.
Add noodles to pan and then pour egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugars and bake 325 to 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Until golden brown and set on top Salt. If serving with a meal add perhaps a 1/2 teaspoon salt. If serving as a dessert, just a dash of salt but more cinnamon sugar
Place in 10 x 14 tin foil pan
