In saucepan heat first 3 ingredients together and
bring to a boil. Continue to boil over medium low heat until mixture
thickens (about 10 minutes), or until you see the bottom of the pan
when you swipe with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat and pour into a greased dish to
cool. Chill 2 hours or even overnight. Remove
from fridge and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in
toasted coconut, chocolate sprinkles or chopped
nuts.
Place in individual tiny cupcake papers to serve.
You can freeze leftovers.
