     Fried Chicken Coating

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1/2 Cup powdered milk
1 Cup Cornmeal
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbs. water
1 egg
Chicken cut in pieces

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Roll chicken pieces in egg mixture to moisten.
Coat chicken pieces by either dredging them in dry mixture on a plate or placing dry mixture and chicken pieces in a Ziploc bag and shaking until well coated.
Place coated pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Take to your local Trail Ride in the back of your car with Margaret Brooks and her partner driving in a tiny VW with smells wafting about. Await Margaret's direction to pull over to the side of the road and sneakily eat a few pieces with the promise of NOT telling Mom Lennon why not ALL the chicken pieces were delivered. Just a story I heard through the grape vine.
