     Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes, washed & sliced thin (peeled, optional)
Onion, chopped
Green Peppers, diced (optional)
Bacon Grease
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
Heat bacon grease in skillet until moderately hot.
Add potatoes and onion. Fry until nearly tender.
Add green peppers. Continue frying, stirring frequently, until potatoes are tender and golden brown, even crispy, on the outside. These are good even if slightly burnt.
Remove from skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with ketchup.
