     Sauteed Green Beans

Ingredients
Fresh green beans
2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
fresh lemon juice
 

Instructions
Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain well and place on a paper towel. Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and green beans.
Sautee beans until tender. Salt & pepper to taste. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the beans and serve.
