Mix beef and seasoning and form into patties.
Brown patties in a skillet. Remove patties and
set aside.
Sautee onions and mushrooms in hamburger
grease. Add gravy mix to create a gravy in the
grease.
Place patties in the gravy and let simmer in the
sauce.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
