     Queso Dip

Ingredients
32 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. Rotel
10.75 oz. cream of jalepeno soup
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
 

Instructions
Brown the meat, drain. Set aside. Cut up Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes. Put cheese, Rotel and soup in a crockpot and stir.
Place crockpot on low for an hour. 30 minutes in, add the browned meat, stir and continue to let cook.
Serve with tortilla chips.
