Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil and add turkey. Brown turkey. Add bell pepper and cook until soft. Add mushrooms and cook through. Add Mural of Flavor, red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Add kale and quinoa and cook until kale is wilted.
