     Tortellini, Spinach, and Chicken

2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
Brianna's French Vinaigrette dressing
1 red pepper, diced
1 bag baby spinach, chopped
20 oz tortellini
olive oil and fresh parmesan

Marinate chicken in vinaigrette for a few hours.
Bake chicken at 425 for 30 minutes and remove from oven. Do NOT pour off dressing. Cook tortellini while chicken is baking.
In a pan, heat oil and saute diced peppers for 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook another 5 minutes. Next add chicken and pasta and turn to low and simmer 5-10 minutes.
Shave parmesan on top and serve.
