Bake chicken at 425 for 30 minutes and remove from
oven. Do NOT pour off dressing.
Cook tortellini while chicken is baking.
In a pan, heat oil and saute diced peppers for 5
minutes. Add spinach and cook another 5 minutes.
Next add chicken and pasta and turn to low and
simmer 5-10 minutes.
Shave parmesan on top and serve.
