     Veal Parmesan

Ingredients
Veal cuttlets
seasoned flour
eggs wash (milk and eggs - 3 eggs to 1 cup of milk)
Italian bread crumbs
parmesan
mozzarella
 

Instructions
Quickly saute in butter, add al dente, mozzarella and parmesan. Brown in oven. Serve with sauted spinach with garlic, salt, pepper and butter.
