Grind spices into a powder. Blend powder with remaining
ingredients for marinade.
Cut pork into 2" cubes. Place pork in a ziplock bag and coat with
marinade. Shake well.
Marinate for up to twenty four hours.
Pour pork and marinade into a baking pan lined with banana
leaves. Cover with leaves, wrap up, and cover pan tightly with tin
foil. Bake at 325 degrees for four hours.

Serve over white rice.
