     Leek and potato mince bake

Ingredients
500g minced beef
800g potatoes
2 leeks
1 tin chopped tomatoes.
2.5dl cooking cream
150g grated cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp paprika
Salt
 
Pepper

Instructions
Peel potatoes and slice finely. Grease oven proof dish with oil or butter. Place potatoes in dish. Brown mince with the crushed garlic. Clean and slice the leeks. Add to a frying pan with tomatoes, paprika,salt and pepper and fry at high heat for a couple of minutes. Add to the potatoes. Poor over the cream and bake in the oven at 200°c. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for a further 15-20 minutes.
