Salt & pepper both sides of chicken. In large pan saute over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove chicken & place on plate.
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil. Saute garlic and cook about 1 minutes. Add tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Stir in basil and place chicken back in pan. Top chicken with mozzarella cheese. Cover pan and let cheese melt. Drizzle with balsamic.
